An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the open Richter scale has shaken early in the morning part of southern Greece, the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (CMSC) has reported.
The earthquake occurred 58 kilometers northeast of Athens, the Greek capital. In addition, it has been ruled out that after the tremor there is no danger of tsunami.
The agency added that the hypocenter was located at a depth of 10 kilometers. For the moment there is no information about victims or material damage.
