
Ukrainian authorities on Wednesday denounced the death of two civilians in an attack executed on Tuesday by Russian forces against the town of Kupiansk, located in the Kharkov region (east), before adding that the city has been shelled again during the day.
The Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office said via its Telegram account that «the Russian army attacked with artillery on Tuesday the village of Dvorichna in the Kupiansk district.» «Two civilians were killed: an 82-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man. Private houses were damaged,» it has added.
He also said that on Wednesday «the occupants have again fired artillery at the city of Kupiansk, destroying residential buildings and a store.» «Prosecutors and investigators (…) in the Kharkov region document the consequences of Russia’s armed aggression and collect physical evidence,» he reiterated.
