The United Nations Security Council has scheduled a meeting to address the situation in Ukraine on February 24, coinciding with the first anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukrainian territory.
This follows from the monthly provisional agenda released by the UN Security Council itself, which specifies that the meeting will deal with the «maintenance of peace and security in Ukraine».
For the moment, the organization has not provided further details about the meeting, nor who will be the countries participating in it. Malta holds the presidency of the UN Security Council for the month of February.
