Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev reported Saturday that Russian forces have managed to thwart a Ukrainian drone attack on the city’s port, with no casualties or material damage reported.
The governor noted at least two drones, both destroyed, in an attack that began at 04.30 a.m. local time.
«Different air defense systems in Sevastopol repelled drone attacks. All UAVs were shot down,» the governor has made known in a message posted on the VKontakte social network picked up by the TASS agency.
This is the second drone attack in the last 24 hours after the one that occurred last night, also neutralized, according to the Russian authorities in Crimea.
