At least four people have been killed and two injured in an attack in which one person blew himself up with an explosive belt at a house in the southwestern Syrian province of Daraa.
The attack, which has been claimed by Islamic State, took place while a meeting was being held at the home in which former Free Syrian Army (FSA) leader Ghassan Akram Abazid was participating, Sham FM reported.
«A suicide bomber detonated an explosive device in a house in Daraa, killing four people,» the head of the local health department told Sham FM.
The country has been facing since 2011 a war conflict in which the country’s Armed Forces confront armed groups such as the Free Syrian Army and terrorist organizations such as Islamic State.
