The EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrell, has condemned on Sunday the «inhuman» Russian missile attack on Saturday against a residential building in the city of Dnipro that has claimed the lives of at least 30 people. Dozens more are still missing.
«Another Russian missile attack on civilians yesterday. Inhumane Russian aggression directly targeting civilians, including children,» Borrell posted on Twitter.
The EU diplomatic chief warned that «there will be no impunity for these crimes» and advanced that «the EU will continue to support Ukraine for as long as necessary.»
Ukrainian authorities have reported that there could be between 30 and 40 people still under the rubble and that 75 victims are hospitalized.
